2024 Year in Review

2024 has been a transformative year for careviso. As we continue to deliver on our mission of streamlining healthcare processes, our organization has expanded not only in scale but also in our impact within the healthcare technology space.

This year, we broadened our offerings beyond laboratory diagnostic prior authorizations to include medical benefits eligibility checks for specialty pharmaceuticals. By addressing pain points in healthcare workflows, we’ve provided even more solutions to help providers and patients navigate the complex healthcare landscape.

Innovation at the Forefront

We made significant strides in automation this year, driving efficiencies that benefit our partners and customers. One of our achievements was the further development of our platform to fit the needs of specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers and hubs.  

Milestones that Matter

Provider Network Expansion: Our network grew to include over 300,000 providers and 180 institutions, strengthening our reach across the country.

2 Million Prior Authorizations: We hit a major milestone by processing over 2.0 million prior authorizations, saving valuable time for healthcare providers and improving patient access to care.

New Headquarters: To accommodate our growth, we moved into a new headquarters, providing a collaborative space for further innovation and excellence.

A New Digital Presence: We launched a new website, improving the way we connect with customers and share our story.
