The office is decorated, the lights are sparkling, and the ugly sweater competition is fierce this year at CMT Solutions. As we prepare to spend time with loved ones (from a distance!) in the coming weeks, we decided to share our cheer with the local community by giving back.
This year we partnered with the Montgomery County Holiday Giving Project (HGP) through Germantown HELP to “adopt” two families in need. For over 30 years HGP has provided Thanksgiving and December holiday assistance to low-income households, referred by a network of social workers, school counselors, and other human service professionals. Today we wrapped up our collection of food, toys, and gifts for the families and will be delivering them after work hours. We are so glad to have been able to contribute and give back!
Savita Devlin, CMT Account Manager, helped organize the event and contributions. “It has been so refreshing to help a local family celebrate the holidays. The team really enjoyed hearing about the family members and purchasing items based on the interests and needs of the children. I am very excited to deliver the gifts and food this weekend.”
