CMT personnel are a key part of our success as a company, from following up with additional information to help increase the success rates to handling payor plan updates seamlessly. For that reason, we’d like to highlight Tauheedah! Tauheedah is a Patient Access Specialist and started at CMT about a year ago, bringing over ten years of customer care and billing experience to the team. A mom of three, she loves to cook and tend her herb garden. She says “I live by the quote to always smile and stay positive” – a value she shares with the CMT family on Slack in daily well wishes.
